How the Ethos program works

Ethos runs an XP (experience points) program, now in "Season 2" per its own whitepaper embed, layered on top of its core credibility protocol. Credibility/reputation is built through Review (thumbs up/down), Vouch (staking ETH in another participant), Slash (staking against a bad actor), Invite and Attest actions; XP is the season-based reward layer on top of these actions.

Vouch by staking ETH in participants you trust (major credibility-score impact)

Slash/propose slashing of bad actors who have staked ETH in Ethos

Invite new users and attest identities to grow the network

Accrue Ethos XP for these actions during the active season (Season 2)
