How the Hibachi program works

A fixed 1,000,000 Hibachi Points are released per seven-day epoch and distributed every Monday at 03:00 UTC; the FAQ adds that point balances are updated every Monday at 00:00 UTC. The formula is not published, but the FAQ names volume, OI score, PnL, max drawdown and fees among the inputs and states that UI trading and API trading earn identically. Referrals feed back into the score three levels deep: a boost from direct referrals, a smaller one from second-degree and a smaller one again from third-degree. FX markets carry weekly volume multipliers computed per market and reset weekly - EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD and NZDUSD run 1.05x at $100k up to 1.25x at $1m of weekly volume in that single market, USDJPY runs 1.05x at $100k up to 1.75x at $1m; the highest multiplier unlocked applies to the user's full weekly eligible activity, and volume is never combined across FX markets. Alongside points, the Chef's Menu weekly PnL competition awards the top 3 traders by realized PnL in each of four weekly-volume tiers ($0-100k, $100k-1m, $1m-5m, $5m+) a whitelist spot for an allocation into the FLP vault. Vault participation is signposted to earn Postseason Points in the Playoffs, with eligible vaults and mechanics not yet published. Hibachi reserves the right to disqualify or adjust accounts for wash trading, multi-account farming or market manipulation.
