How the Paradex program works

Paradex XP is the platform's universal reward system: 'Every contribution to the platform earns XP, from trading to providing liquidity to community engagement.' Season 3 is live, running February 1, 2026 to TBD, distributing 4,000,000 XP every Wednesday. The earnings formula itself is being replaced mid-season: 'Season 3 will introduce a brand new earnings mechanic for XP. The new XP system will roll out in the coming weeks along with updated documentation.' Linking social accounts (X, Discord) is named as helping distinguish legitimate users from Sybils. Affiliate referral XP is incremental to the base weekly pool. XP converts to the $DIME token: the community airdrop allocation stands at 25% of supply, with later seasons funded from Ongoing Community Rewards.
