About HiBob

HiBob develops Bob, a cloud-based human capital management and HRIS platform that connects HR, payroll and finance in a single system. The company was founded in Tel Aviv in 2015 by Amit Knaani, Ronni Zehavi, Israel David and Andy Bellass, and is now headquartered in London. Bob serves mid-market employers, covering core HR administration, workforce management, compensation, benefits, analytics and payroll, with financial-planning tools added through its acquisition of Mosaic.

Over 5,000 companies use HiBob, and customers include Fiverr and Cato Networks. The platform has also added AI-assisted, natural-language reporting. HiBob has grown through acquisitions, including payroll automation platform Pento in 2024, and was named to Time's 200 Best Inventions list in 2022.
