Is ASI Alliance trading legal in Sweden?

Spot crypto is legal and the service side is supervised under MiCAR, which FI describes as replacing national regulation of crypto-assets where such existed and as directly applicable in every EU member state, including Sweden; a Swedish complementary act, the kompletteringslag to the MiCA Regulation, fills in the national detail. Buying, holding and selling crypto-assets as a retail investor is unrestricted. Leveraged derivatives sit in a different regime and FI says so explicitly: instruments that track the value of bitcoin or other crypto-assets are not regulated by MiCAR but by MiFID and MiFIR.

What the contract is

Buying $1,000 of FET at 5x uses $200 of collateral. Higher leverage moves the liquidation price closer to your entry: your exposure is the position size, whatever margin you posted. Set a stop-loss below your entry before you walk away.

30% on the whole gain, taxed as income from capital; losses are deductible at 70%. Skatteverket treats a crypto-to-crypto exchange as a disposal that must be declared, which is the opposite of the Austrian rule, and the same applies to paying for goods or services with crypto, lending crypto out and using it as a gambling stake.
