Is Alphabet trading legal in Bulgaria?

Two companies hold an FSC licence, and firms licensed elsewhere in the EU may serve Bulgarian residents after notifying the FSC, which is how the large international venues reach the market - Kraken, for instance, serves Bulgaria under an Irish MiCA CASP authorisation passported across the EEA.
