A resident may hold and trade crypto, but through a Recognized Market Operator that the SC has registered to run a Digital Asset Exchange — six of them at this check: HATA Digital, Luno Malaysia, MX Global, SINEGY DAX, Kinetic DAX and Kapital DX.
