Is TSMC trading legal in Ukraine?

Ukraine is the case where the framework exists on paper and has no legal force. Spot is neither banned nor regulated - it sits outside the legal perimeter.

Leveraged derivatives are a separate question with a separate answer. Derivative contracts are capital-market instruments that require an NSSMC licence, and the statutory list of things a derivative may be written on does not include virtual assets, so crypto perpetuals and CFDs cannot be licensed in Ukraine at all; there is no domestic venue for them, and no criminal provision aimed at the retail trader either.
