The market list is crypto perpetuals only, across 52 contracts, with maker and taker fees currently priced the same and a fee tier that steps down with 14-day trading volume. No explicit identity-verification requirement is stated in available Terms of Service documentation.
Reya's funding does not settle on a clock: the gap between the pool price and a reference price sets the speed at which the funding rate moves, so the rate drifts continuously over time and the accrued amount is booked into a position every time that speed changes. The platform displays this as an hourly figure for convenience, but that is a normalised view of a continuously moving rate.
